Movement has always been my way of reconnecting with myself, especially during busy or stressful moments. Over time, I realised how powerful it can be when movement feels joyful rather than demanding.
EleFitnessDance grew from that idea.
Why I Teach This Way
I believe movement should support your life, not add pressure to it. When classes feel relaxed and enjoyable, consistency comes naturally.
My focus is on creating a space where you can move, breathe, and switch off from the outside world.
What You Can Expect
Uplifting music, simple choreography, and a friendly atmosphere where no one is watching or judging.
You’ll be guided clearly, encouraged gently, and always free to move at your own pace.
Who This Space Is For
This space is for women who want to feel good in their bodies without pressure, comparison, or perfection.
Whether you’re new to classes or returning after a break, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be meaningful.
