Creamy Chia & Yogurt Power Bowl

A simple, nourishing breakfast that supports energy, digestion, and satiety.
Rich in protein, fibre, and healthy fats, this bowl helps keep blood sugar steady and cravings low throughout the morning.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 150g Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

  • 100ml milk of choice (almond, oat, or regular)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Handful of fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, and honey.

  2. Stir well and leave to sit for 10–15 minutes (or overnight for best texture).

  3. Add the yogurt and mix until creamy.

  4. Top with berries and chopped nuts.

  5. Optional: drizzle a little extra honey on top
