π Evening Wind-Down
Your evenings shape your mornings.
This is your time to slow down, let go of the day, and gently prepare your body for rest.
No pressure, no perfect routine.
Just small steps to help you feel calmer and more settled.
π Take this time for you.
π Your Evening Routine
β¨ Step 1 β Slow Down
Create a quiet moment.
Dim the lights, step away from your phone, and allow your body to shift out of βdoing modeβ.
π§ββοΈ Step 2 β Gentle Movement
Take 5β10 minutes to stretch your body softly.
Focus on areas that hold tension:
Neck
Shoulders
Back
Hips
Move slowly, without forcing anything.
πΏ Step 3 β Acupressure Mat
If you have an acupressure mat, this can be a beautiful way to unwind.
Lie down for around 15β20 minutes, allowing your body to fully relax into it.
At the beginning it might feel intense, but after a few minutes your body softens and the sensation becomes calming.
This is something I personally use to switch off at the end of the day.
π¬οΈ Step 4 β Calm Breathing
Finish with a few minutes of slow breathing.
You can use your 4β7β8 breathing or simply focus on a longer, slower exhale.
Let your body soften with each breath.
π΅ Step 5 β Simple Habits
Support your evening with small, calming choices:
Warm drink (herbal tea)
Soft lighting
Quiet environment
Try to avoid screens close to bedtime when possible.
π Closing (very important)
You donβt need a perfect routine.
Just a few minutes each evening can help your body reset and rest better.
