Warm Cinnamon Apple Protein Oats

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 40g oats

  • 200ml milk of choice

  • 1 small apple (chopped)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • Optional: 1 scoop of greek yougurt

Instructions

  1. Add oats and milk to a saucepan and cook on medium heat.

  2. Stir in chopped apple and cinnamon.

  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy.

  4. Remove from heat and stir greek yogurt (if using).

  5. Top with almond butter and a drizzle of honey
