Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Roast sweet potato (cubed) for 20–25 minutes.

  3. Cook chicken in a pan with garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Lightly sauté or steam greens.

  5. Plate everything and drizzle with olive oil.
