Wholegrain Pasta with Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients (1 serving)
60–70g wholegrain pasta
Protein:
1 small chicken breast (or leftover chicken)
Vegetables:
Handful spinach
Handful cherry tomatoes
½ courgette (optional)
Flavour:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to instructions.
Cook chicken in a pan and slice.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, tomatoes, and courgette.
Add spinach and let it wilt.
Mix pasta with vegetables and chicken.
Drizzle olive oil and season.
