Grilled Chicken & Citrus Fresh Salad

Base:
Handful mixed greens (rocket, spinach, or lettuce)
Protein (light):
1 small grilled chicken breast (or chickpeas for plant-based)
Fresh elements:
½ avocado (sliced)
½ orange (segments)
Handful cucumber slices
Extras:
1 tbsp seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
Prepare and wash all vegetables.
Grill the chicken and slice into strips.
Assemble the salad: greens → cucumber → avocado → orange → chicken.
