Grilled Chicken & Citrus Fresh Salad

Ingredients (1 serving)

Base:

  • ½ orange (segments)

  • Handful cucumber slices

Extras:

  • 1 tbsp seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)

Dressing:

Instructions

  1. Prepare and wash all vegetables.

  2. Grill the chicken and slice into strips.
