Spinach & Feta Omelette Plate

Filling:

  • Handful fresh spinach

  • 30g feta cheese

Side:

  • Handful mixed greens

  • Pinch of salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  3. Beat the eggs and pour into the pan.

  4. Add feta on top and cook until set.

  5. Fold the omelette and serve with fresh greens.
